Watches purchased directly from the DUFFY GOYA official online store are covered by a 3-Year International Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Proof of purchase or order information is required.

If your watch requires repair during the warranty period, please contact us through our Contact Us page before returning it. We will provide return instructions and the designated repair address. You may be responsible for shipping costs.

After the warranty expires, repair services may be available for a reasonable fee. Please contact us to discuss the available options.

Watch Warranty Terms

  1. Complimentary repairs are provided for manufacturing and material defects covered by the warranty.

  2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, severe impacts, misuse, or water exposure beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance rating. It also excludes normal wear and tear, including scratches, abrasion, strap wear, and changes in appearance caused by ageing, corrosion, or oxidation.

  3. Damage resulting from repairs, servicing, or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized DUFFY GOYA service provider is not covered and may invalidate the warranty.

  4. Where applicable, the warranty becomes invalid if the product identification number has been removed, altered, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.
